Gabriella Simon - Production Designer

Gabriella has considerable experience in Production Design for Film, Commercials, Music Promos and Idents, her skills cover all aspects of the business from concept to construction supervision and budgeting in both studio and on location.

She also works in close collaboration with lighting/camera department and post production.

At International universities she studied and created set, costume, video and light designs for both Theatre, Opera and Contemporary Dance performance. Following this she has worked as a Production Designer/Art Director for Films, TV and Commercials.

Her background is in Fine Arts, Photography, Theatre and Film Design.

After graduating from The Hungarian Academy of Fine Arts she continued her studies at the Slippery Rock University in the United States. Later she moved to New York, where she spent 4 years making her own short films, and also worked as a Designer.

With a broad portfolio from commercials to period films Gabriella works in both UK and abroad.
Since 2002 she has been based in London.
